Requirements

Envalior is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshoot production equipment, and conduct preventative maintenance. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting both scheduled rebuilds and emergency breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize breakdowns
• Conduct electrical repairs on circuits up to 480V 3-phase and 24V DC, assisting on medium voltage drive systems
• Replace belts, change oil, and repair gearboxes, valves, and fittings as needed
• Perform welding (MIG/TIG), grinding, cutting, and fabrication of metal components
• Install, rig, and align large motors and gearboxes
• Work with blueprints and P&IDs to diagnose and repair system failures
• Follow safety policies and procedures, participating in site safety programs
• Use desktop and tablet-based systems to complete maintenance records and work orders
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Industrial Maintenance preffered
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working with shop and hand tools, multimeters, and welding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and electrical schematics
• Has worked with SAP and PLC
• Working knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
