Are you the kind of person who can hear a machine and know something’s off?

We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a long-established welding and steel fabrication facility. If you take pride in solving mechanical puzzles, thrive in a hands-on environment, and enjoy keeping equipment running like clockwork, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment used in I-beam fabrication—including saws, drills, and welders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving basic electrical systems, such as motor wiring and controls.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, identifying leaks, failures, and replacing components as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and keep things moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to find and fix problems.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Comfort with older machinery—experience with legacy equipment is a big plus.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
