Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical, while ensuring timely resident service orders.

You will participate in exterior property upkeep, comply with OSHA and safety standards, and respond to after-hours emergencies when needed; a high school diploma and HVAC knowledge are required, with EPA Type I/II preferred and a valid driver's license helpful.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • HVAC certification strongly preferred.
  • EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
  • Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining exterior of the property for curb appeal.
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

  • Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
  • Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
  • Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
  • Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
