Job summary

Delaware Oaks is seeking a maintenance technician to support our health facility in the United States. The role focuses on electrical and plumbing tasks, general maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents.

You will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance, work as part of a team, and be willing to work weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must meet Department of Health requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform electrical and plumbing tasks.
• General maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must meet Department of Health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
• Paint resident rooms and other areas of the Facility.
• General maintenance tasks and routine upkeep.
• Moving materials between rooms as needed.

• Moving materials from room to room etc.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
