Sharp Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations at our apartment community in Brunswick, GA. You will perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality workmanship, safety, and excellent resident service through proactive maintenance and reliable problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Experience assisting with apartment turns and preventive maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders in a timely and professional manner, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and ensuring the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
