Job description

As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician, you perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans, continually working towards improving equipment and processes. You Will

• Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
• Repair and rebuild spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures.
• Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and modification projects.

You Have

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor equipment.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation.

You’ll Earn

• $25 and up, based on experience.
