Job summary

Brandywine Living at Middlebrook Crossing in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, respond to resident requests, and help maintain apartments and grounds.

The role emphasizes safety, a busy, varied workload, and teamwork. Eligible candidates have prior maintenance or housekeeping experience and a customer-friendly approach. Full-time benefits are provided.

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets and replacing light fixtures.

• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.

• Monitor community areas and grounds to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.

What will you get to do as a Maintenance Technician?

• Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, helping implement safety protocols, painting and more!
• Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
