h3. Third Shift Maintenance Technicians
The first technician would work Sunday night to Wednesday morning:
- Sun 11PM - Mon 9AM
- Mon 11PM - Tues 9AM
- Tues 11PM - Wed 9AM
- Wed 11PM - Thurs 9AM

The second technician would work Wednesday night to Sunday morning:
- Wed 11PM - Thurs 9AM
- Thurs 11PM - Fri 9AM
- Fri 11PM - Sat 9AM
- Sat 11PM - Sun 9AM
The two technicians will alternate weekly to avoid working every Saturday.

h3. Responsibilities

1. Monitor building alarms and serve as the first responder.
2. Evaluate alarms and coordinate support as needed.
3. Alarms may originate from:
   • Central Utility Plant (Boilers, Chillers)
   • HVAC (Room temperature alarms for critical storage areas)
   • Fire Alarm System
   • Life Safety (gas/leak detection)
   • Process Water systems
   • Neutralization Systems
   • Refrigeration / Cold storage warehouse
4. Perform basic troubleshooting within training scope.
5. Monitor buildings and generators during storms or power outages, ensuring backup systems function properly.
6. Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle to the local warehouse across the street from the main campus.
7. Responding to fire alarms requires on-site specialized training with our Site Safety team.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma.
• At least 3 years of related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Preferably 5 years experience in a Life Science, Diagnostic, or Pharmaceutical building/campus.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Experience with Building Management Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of high-pressure boiler plant operations and industrial refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle to off-site warehouses.
