What You’ll Do:
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform timely and efficient maintenance of residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect the property to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Service Requests: Respond promptly to work orders from residents and resolve issues to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property complies with safety standards by performing routine safety checks and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
  • Emergency Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies to ensure 24/7 support for residents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site management team to maintain the property’s condition and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for the purpose of on-call emergencies.

  • EPA and CPO certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
