The Opportunity: National Development is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our residential properties. The ideal candidate should be skilled in general maintenance and capable of performing physical maintenance operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Description: As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities include:

• Completing work orders promptly and communicating updates to residents and management.
• Handling emergency situations reliably; routine on-call duties are required.
• Maintaining the interior and exterior of the property professionally.
• Assisting the Maintenance Manager with maintenance duties.
