Job summary

Bach Team LLC in Boise, Idaho seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for FourSite Property Management's apartment community. You will support maintenance improvement projects, repair and upkeep of property and grounds, and prepare vacant units for occupancy.

Candidates should have handyman skills, painting experience, knowledge of pool maintenance, willingness to assist with janitorial tasks, basic computer skills, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Must have home repair or handyman skills.
• Experience with painting.
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance.
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties (power washing, trash pickup, cleaning).
• Basic computer skills and ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects.

Foursite- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects
• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• Perform work order requests
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal

Requirements:

Maintenance technician skills:

• Home repair or handyman skills
• Experience with painting
• Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
• Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
