Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on common-area facilities and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Repair or coordinate repairs for doors, locks, windows, drywall, flooring, and other building components.
• Maintain common areas, hallways, parking lots, garages, clubhouses, pools, and recreational facilities.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condominium property's common areas, building systems, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents. Pay Rate: $22-$24
