Job summary

Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property in Shrewsbury, MA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and perform painting and drywall work.

You’ll participate in preventative maintenance, maintain pool cleanliness, and respond to emergency calls in a rotating on-call schedule. Requirements include 3–5 years in maintenance, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Must provide basic hand tools and have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Availability for on-call and some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Maintain and repair residential appliances.
• Paint interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and surface repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain pool cleanliness.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment across the property.

Required Qualifications:
