Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings and structures to identify functional systems, malfunctions, and needed repairs.
  • Perform minor electrical maintenance including replacement or repair of fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, and cords.
  • Conduct minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing hoses.
  • Carry out minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work including surface preparation, painting, and hardware installation.
  • Perform general cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
  • Operate and maintain mechanical tools, paint equipment, and floor machines.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)
