Maintenance Technician

Key Fasteners Corporation is an industry leader in the cold-formed fastener manufacturing sector, focusing on serving the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantles machinery and replaces defective parts.
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attendance.
• Three years of maintenance experience in electrical and mechanical areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on the floor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented, with good time management and attention to detail.
• May require training on a different shift.
