• Three (3) years of experience in residential facilities maintenance required.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years.

Role of the Maintenance Technician:

• Addresses the maintenance needs of agency facilities, homes and apartments including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electric, landscaping, and painting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all materials, costs, and expenditures incurred during or in relation to the prescribed duties of the position.
• Document all maintenance and repairs and in the Facilities work order database.
• Remain knowledgeable of requirements and standards for all licensing and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Three (3) years experience in residential facilities maintenance

• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen
• Clear tuberculosis screening
• A valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years
