Job summary

PSC Group in the United States is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining and repairing essential equipment in an industrial setting. The role offers stability, growth, and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform mechanical, electrical, and CMMS-driven maintenance across multiple locations, troubleshoot 3‑phase and control systems, and contribute to safe, efficient plant operations with room to advance.

Qualifications

• Basic plant electrical knowledge (220–480 V).
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance on automated lines.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Hands-on with Ladder Logic and control circuits.
• Expertise with pumps, compressors and motor controls.
• Basic computer skills and CMMS familiarity.
• May require Driver's license or TWIC depending on location.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass pre-employment screening (drug, background).
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs across multiple locations.
• Maintain and repair production equipment including pumps and valves.
• Troubleshoot 3‑phase and single‑phase electrical systems.
• Use PLC software to diagnose logic issues and updates.
• Diagnose conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Operate CMMS to schedule and document PM routes.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Complete other duties to support plant operations.

Maintenance Technician

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and repairs across three warehouse locations, covering plumbing, HVAC filters, lighting, and structural issues like dock and door repairs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production filling equipment, including pumps, valves, flow meters, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex 3-phase (480/240V) and single-phase electrical systems.
• Use PLC software (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens) to diagnose logic issues, program updates, and debug automated machinery and HMI interfaces.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems, including air compressors, gearmotors, conveyors, chain and sprocket drives, belt-driven systems, and position-detecting sensors.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on facility equipment, including boilers and regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs).
• Manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule and document PM routes, minimizing emergency downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and personnel to resolve issues quickly
• Complete other duties as assigned to support plant operations

Job Qualifications:

• Basic plant electrical knowledge (220-480 volt)
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically with automated production or packaging lines.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with Ladder Logic and industrial control circuits.
• Expertise in pumps, compressors, and motor control systems.
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM, with occasional Saturdays and extended hours based on production needs.
