Maintenance Technician Bartlett, IL

SHIFT | HOURS: 3rd shift | 10p – 6a M-F (with OT as business dictates)

SALARY RANGE: $30.00-38.00

• REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
• 3-5 years of specific experience in packing machines/production machines and understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Must be flexible to work weekends as needed.
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
• Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
• Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance around the building.
• Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Work on low-voltage electrical issues
• Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
• Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
