Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general property maintenance across its outpatient medical space portfolio in Barrington, IL. The role requires on-site presence five days a week with after-hours emergency availability and participation in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, implementing preventative maintenance plans, managing inventory, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience; healthcare, commercial RE, or hospital environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform extensive walking.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance/work order software.

Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.About the RoleThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will manage maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction, in accordance with department protocols.This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants, clients, and patients. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting.
