The Corinthian Condominium is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and work directly under our Facilities Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, general maintenance experience, and a commitment to high-quality service in a luxury residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including light plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, and painting
• Respond promptly to work orders
• Assist with equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and order in mechanical rooms and storage areas
• Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director and fellow staff members
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building standards
• Be available for on-call weekend to respond to building emergencies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related trade
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
• Must have your own set of basic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for weekend emergencies
