Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Arlington, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, respond to resident requests, paint, and help ensure safety and cleanliness of the community.

You will be the go-to person for fixes, support team members, and help prepare apartments for new residents. The role requires extensive painting experience and prior maintenance/housekeeping exposure, with a positive, can-do attitude. Brightview offers competitive pay and benefits in a caring environment.

Salary Range USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
