Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
• Inspect and maintain fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, and washer soap per specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions to restore equipment to optimal performance.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage tools, manuals, and parts inventory.
• Operate company vehicles safely for material pickups as needed.
• Report repair needs promptly and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.

Maintenance Technician

Location: Arlington, TX — ZIP 76012

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite | Day shift

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Shift differential for off-shifts
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Minimal overtime required
• Pre-employment drug test and physical required
• Safety-sensitive role in an industrial environment

Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment
