Requires at least 3 years of HVAC experience, strong safety habits, and good communication. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required; must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

The Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance and operation of all related mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and other building related equipment for a large multi-purpose building. Ensure high standards of customer service at all times and professional at all times.
