Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive starting rate of pay: $31.26 - $35.88 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications), with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift.

This targeted starting salary represents a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Required Qualifications

• Possess an associate’s degree or higher in a technical discipline such as Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, or Wind Energy Tech.
• Be in the last six months of completing an associate’s degree (verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, or Wind Energy Tech, and one (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) and three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Interested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause.
• Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions.
• Experience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment.
