Hello, NOW HIRING! A direct-hire opportunity at a plastic injection molding company in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The role involves repairing and maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment such as dryers, grinders, loaders, mold heaters, chillers, and others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.

Qualifications

• Plastic injection/molding experience required.
• Electrical knowledge, PLCs, 480V, 3-phase motors.
• Need to have own tools.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma required.

Additional Details

• Shift: First shift, Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with some overtime.
• Compensation: $30-35 per hour, plus benefits; annual salary approximately $58,240 - $74,880.
• Work environment includes standing for extended periods, manual lifting up to 75 lbs, and working weekends.
