Plant Hatch in the United States seeks a Maintenance and Technical Training Manager to oversee the Maintenance, Engineering, Chemistry, and Radiation Protection training programs. You will direct initial and ongoing training, align durations to industry best practices, and streamline qualification structures.

You will lead the Training Leads to close gaps to excellence and maintain accreditation, while filling a position in the Emergency Response Organization.

Formación

• Six years of commercial power plant experience, including at least three years in a nuclear power plant.
• Commercial nuclear training experience.
• Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process.

• Ensuring Maintenance and Technical training program durations are aligned to industry best

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance and Technical Training Manager is responsible for oversight and conduct of the Maintenance, Engineering, Chemistry, and Radiation Protection training programs at the Plant Hatch site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline preferred.

Background/Experience Requirements

• A total of six (6) years of commercial power plant experience of which a minimum of three (3) years is nuclear power plant experience.
• Commercial nuclear training experience
• Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process
