Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in the United States seeks a skilled maintenance technician to join our global engineering team.

You will troubleshoot machines, perform planned and preventive maintenance, and drive improvements in process KPIs across multiple production shops. With 5–8 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, you will work with CNC machines, machining centers, and hydraulic presses, supporting reliability targets and safe, efficient manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with CNC machines and production equipment.
• Practical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines across production shops.
• Execute planned and preventive maintenance activities.
• Improve KPI performance in maintenance.
• Support reduction of frequent breakdowns during shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
To handle regular troubleshooting of machines of all production shops.
To execute day today planned and preventive maintenance activities.
To achieve global maintenance targets of Schaeffler year on year
Support team to reduce Frequent and repeat Breakdowns in shift
Improve Process KPI's of maintenance department.
Machine retrofit Based on QCD
Handling CNC Machines(Machining centers, turning centers and VTL)
Handling Assembly and Press shop hydraulic presses of 70 to 1500 ton
Executing troubleshooting and planned maintenance activities
Analyzing and working out action plans for breakdown and PM activities.
Preventive maintenance 100% execution in all shops
Handling gas and electrically heated, Sealed quench furnaces ,shot peening, inductionhardening machines and phosphating plant
