Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a maintenance planning professional in the United States to plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across multiple workshops.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and production planning to define processes, manage budgets, and engage with external suppliers to optimize spare parts and infrastructure. Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources as agreed.

Your Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP and Schaeffler systems
• PLC programming and ability to troubleshoot CNC
