Level5 Hospitality is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Tech for SpringHill Suites Bend. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, supervise work orders, and support the High Touch facilities program to ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires high school diploma and trade tech coursework, with prior maintenance experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong customer service are valued as you support multiple hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds.
• Painting, performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings and carrying out basic electrical and plumbing tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Assisting with ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
• Cleaning and up keep of hotel buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
• Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Inventories, requisitions and purchases tools, equipment, and supplies according to purchasing guidelines.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists staff in solving work problems.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations within the hotel. They will supervise their day work orders to ensure that all requests are carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards while supporting the daily implementation of Level 5's \"High Touch\" facilities program.

• Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
