Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a maintenance professional to perform groundskeeping, general repairs, and routine upkeep of the community. This on-site role requires completing service requests promptly, handling plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and supporting safe, well‑maintained living spaces for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled work hours.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community grounds as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Repair wall and floor coverings, furniture, plumbing, electrical work, appliances, painting and refurbishing projects; work with heating/cooling systems and make-ready rooms as needed.
