Job summary

Quincy Street Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance team member in the Holland area. The ideal candidate will repair general equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot PLC controls while working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and TIG welding.

Prior food-industry experience is a plus. We emphasize teamwork, integrity, and growth, with an equal opportunity commitment and a sign-on bonus plan. Sign-on bonuses totaling $5,000 are offered, paid across 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in performing general equipment repair
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Electrical experience including troubleshooting and repairing PLC controls
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
• TIG welding experience
• Working knowledge of industrial ammonia and Freon refrigeration
• Team player with ability to work within a team and develop with others
• Strong core values applicable to personal and professional environments
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair general equipment on the maintenance team
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls
• Work with pneumatics and hydraulics systems
• Welding, including TIG, as required
• Support ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems in a food-processing environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
