Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably metal processing.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting slitters, winders, edgers, recoilers, and coil processing equipment.
• Competency with ohmmeter and electrical testing devices for troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including slitters, winders, edgers, and related production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment, to troubleshoot electrical systems and control circuits.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and assist in prioritizing maintenance work to ensure efficient production operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety programs, policies, and OSHA requirements.
• Work closely with production personnel to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Assist with training and mentoring maintenance personnel when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
