Job summary

Historic Roswell Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Roswell, GA is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to keep the building, offices and common areas in top shape. You will perform carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, trash removal and daily upkeep.

As part of our team you’ll maintain exterior grounds, assist with move-ins and refurbishments, and implement a preventative maintenance program. PSL supports growth, benefits, and a culture of kindness.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and upkeep tasks.
• Ability to perform cleaning and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside of building, offices and common areas including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, trash removal and vinyl floor upkeep.
• Maintains grounds including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out.
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance program for community and equipment.
