Job summary

Tower Extrusions, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians for the night shift at our Sherman, TX facility. This hands‑on role requires working on heavy industrial machinery and following engineering specifications, manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

The ideal candidate has interest in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, strong manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. Weekend availability is required in a non-climate controlled plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Able to follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer instructions.
• Strong problem-solving ability and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work weekends in a non-climate controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repair of heavy industrial machinery in the plant.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance as needed.

Job description

Tower Extrusions, LLC is a privately owned aluminum extrusion company that has been in business for over 40 years. There has been a tremendous amount of growth over that time and we are looking to add to our team!

We currently looking for Maintenance Techs for Night Shift (day shift has limited openings), at our Sherman, TX location.

This candidate must be able to work on heavy industrial machinery. Experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single phase and three phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. This experience is a plus but not required.

This is a hands‑on position that requires you to be out in the plant working on industrial machinery.

Requirements

• Exposure/Interest in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical
• Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics or another related field
• Critical thinking and problem solving ability
• Should possess strong manual dexterity
