Job summary
BeDirect is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, performing troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment including conveyors and hydraulic systems.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and be comfortable working with PLCs. This full-time role offers competitive pay of $21.72 - $23.19 per hour plus daily bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
- Understanding of electrical systems and PLCs.
- Comfortable with computers.
- Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment using CMMS.
- Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment.
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation.
- Identify faulty equipment through testing metrics.
- Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders.
