Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred in a related technical field.
• 7+ years in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Repair and replace machine parts such as belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxes.
• Work with motors, relays, drives, and other electrical components.
• Document maintenance and repair activities; participate in root cause analysis.
