Job summary
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon Resort in Wisconsin Dells. You will ensure each unit and building operates smoothly by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, while providing excellent guest service.
The role involves preventative maintenance, basic appliance repair, and safe operation of facilities. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth within our hospitality portfolio.
Qualifications
- Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
- Working knowledge of appliance repair.
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
- Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
- Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
- Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot hazards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on units, common areas and grounds; sustain all systems.
