Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve most issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and delivers high-quality repairs.
• Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication.
• Assists in training less experienced technicians.
