Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Level II Maintenance Technician for our Bremen East plant. You will support manufacturing by performing multi-craft preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment, focusing on reliability and maintainability.

Strong fault isolation and ability to read schematics are required. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-year technical degree preferred, and at least 5 years in industrial

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical and electrical background.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CMMS.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and OEM manuals.
5+ years in industrial manufacturing or comparable skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical methodologies.
Install and align mechanical drive systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and major service tasks.
Replace identified failed parts or components.
Maintain lubrication and align equipment to specifications.
Train junior technicians and operators on maintenance practices.
