Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to help install, maintain, and repair automated material handling equipment across our distribution facilities. You will troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems, validate equipment uptime, and coordinate with lead technicians to meet tight production timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience in distribution or manufacturing, a valid driver’s license, and ability to read wiring diagrams and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Prefer degree from vocational school or college with focus in mechanical or electrical field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) on site.
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales and printer applicators.
• Use job plans, procedures, and manuals; perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships across organization levels.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
