Qualifications

• HVAC Certification is required.
• Experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• Electrical and plumbing skills plus troubleshooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain daily upkeep and repair of the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units.
• Complete paperwork promptly to document service requests.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
