Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Tech II for Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando, FL. You’ll ensure each unit and building is in excellent working order by applying HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills while delivering quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Ability to perform HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Commitment to guest service and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate facilities maintenance knowledge for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on all systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, patches and paints as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety programs.
