Job summary

Meijer is seeking a maintenance professional to support planning, scheduling and preventative maintenance across water treatment, refrigeration, boiler and related utilities. The role involves troubleshooting, routine repairs and compliance recordkeeping in a multi-craft environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, HVAC or related certifications, and Mechatronics training Levels 1–4.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Mechatronics certs Levels 1-4 completed.
• 3-5 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Ammonia/HVAC and refrigerant systems.
• Knowledge of general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, scheduling and maintenance activities.
• Maintains water treatment, refrigeration, boiler functions and equipment including ammonia systems.
• Keeps regulatory and compliance records for all systems.
• Performs routine and emergency maintenance of utilities systems in multi-craft environment.
• Responsible for Preventative Maintenance (PM) and work order completion.
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
• Demonstrates 200% safety accountability.
