Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or porter roles preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurements and estimations.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leasing office, models, and interior public areas in neat condition.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and exteriors.
• Assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready.
• Perform turnkey work as required.
• Collect and remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Uphold customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
