An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I / Painter to join their team. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Tech I / Painter is responsible for providing painting services for the facility. This position is subject to call backs during emergency conditions such as severe weather, evacuation and post-disaster. The Painter respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. This is a safety sensitive position.
