• Performs work orders in a safe and timely manner, prioritizing emergency, on-call, make-ready, preventative, inspection, routine or resident request repairs.
• Inspects property for improvements and repairs and reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains inventory and uses maintenance materials and supplies; performs scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Keeps work area and tools clean and organized; ensures property is debris-free.
• Shovels snow, removes ice, and applies ice melt; available for snow events.
• Assists management, staff, and contractors as needed; supports grounds maintenance tasks.
• Keeps property security, manages keys, and prevents unauthorized access.
• Operates grounds maintenance tasks including landscaping, fences, gates, and general upkeep.
• Communicates with supervisors and vendors to coordinate activities and deliveries.
