Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level I to provide maintenance and training for PAC equipment. The role requires understanding of OSHA safety standards, basic repairs on industrial machinery, and the ability to install and diagnose equipment using basic tools.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience, with a 12-hour rotating shift from 7pm to 7am. The position emphasizes safety and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair PAC equipment following OEM/OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with installations and repairs for new and existing equipment.
• Train less experienced staff on essential duties and safety practices.
• Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot basic to intermediate equipment issues with basic shop tools.
