Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing technician role.
• HVAC certificate or Journeyman’s card preferred.
• Position located in Sandston VA near Richmond.
• Ability to read and use technical docs (P&IDs, manuals, bulletins).
• Strong maintenance procedures knowledge and safety mindset.

Aufgaben

• Operate and repair utilities: steam boiler/equipment, condensate, cooling water, air compressors/dryers.
• Follow HSE SOPs and permits (LOTO, Safe Work, Hot Work, etc.).
• Repair production and facility equipment: pumps, valves, gearboxes, sensors, HVAC, etc.
• Coordinate maintenance with equipment area owners.
• Repair faults and damaged structures; document work.
• Train other technicians as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, belt changes, lubrication, inspections).
• Maintain GMP compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Fabricate as needed (cutting, bending, welding, assembly).
• Support additional business priorities and team goals.
