Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the day-to-day maintenance of our production equipment and facility systems. You will assist with preventive tasks and basic repairs, following safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, 6 months to 2 years in industrial maintenance, and ability to operate basic tools in an industrial setting. Shift work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day maintenance across production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Assist with basic mechanical repairs under supervision.
• Safely use hand and power tools for assigned tasks.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
• Identify equipment used throughout the facility.
• Use standard measurement tools for installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to boost uptime.
• Participate in ongoing training as part of progression system.
