Job summary

Simmons is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for C Shift to support the facility’s equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. The role involves repairing, replacing and adjusting equipment to meet production needs, and coordinating with engineers and vendors as needed.

You will also ensure safety compliance per company and regulatory requirements, participate in team meetings, and help implement Lean practices and operating system standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment repair and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and consult with engineers/vendors.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and LEAN/OS standards.

Responsibilities
